What this covers

This notice covers the contact form on grafikslb.com and the enquiries sent through it. It is written to be read rather than to be complied with.

What is collected

The name, organisation, email address, phone number, enquiry type, building location and message you type into the form. Nothing else.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising scripts, no live chat and no third-party trackers. Nobody is profiled for having read a page.

Why it is collected

To answer your enquiry, and where you ask for one, to arrange a site survey.

Who processes it

Form submissions are transmitted by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which passes them to Grafiks by email. Your details pass through Web3Forms on the way, and Grafiks does not control that service. If it matters to you, read their terms before using the form.

The alternatives avoid it entirely. WhatsApp, a phone call or an email to info@grafikslb.com reach Grafiks without the form.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are needed to answer the enquiry and to hold a record of work discussed or carried out.

Who it is shared with

Nobody. Details are not sold, not traded and not passed to third parties for marketing.

Spam protection

The form uses a hidden field and a timing check to reject automated submissions. There is no visible CAPTCHA and no visitor is asked to prove anything.

Your choices

Write to info@grafikslb.com to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
